Can I watch "TVArt" on my mobile or tablet?

 

 

 

What programs do I need to watch "TVArt"? 

* - To watch "TVArt" You must have operating system Windows XP or higher and Windows Media Player. We recommend you use Windows Media Player - version 10 or newer wich you can download here. 
* - Internet Explorer version 7.0 or newer can be downloaded from here. 
* - Pack of codecs for Windows Media Player can be downloaded from here. 


* If you use Mozilla Firefox browser and do not have the latest version of Windows Media Player your browser will probably start downloading plugin required to watch "TVArt".

 

* If you use Mozilla Firefox browser and there are problems with the picture or sound you can download and install the latest version of Windows Media Player plugin for Mozilla Firefox from here.

 

If you are unable to run the video site, we recommend the following (if using Windows Media Player): 

* - Right-click button on the box in which to load the video; 
* - Select Properties from the menu and copy written under the heading Location address; 
* - Start Windows Media Player and then press Ctrl and U keys simultaneously; 
* - Paste the copied text into the field "Open" and click OK 



Why could we not load "TVArt"? 

* - After you install the latest version of the player, it is advisable to make some additional settings and upgrades. 
1. Start the player and the menu "Help" select "Check for Player Updates". (Help -> Check for Player Updates;). 
2. Check the option "Detect connection speed (recommended)" from the menu "Tools -> Options -> Performance" that is selected if it is not - select it. ( "Tools - Options - Performance" -> Detect connection speed (recommended)) 
3. Check if your firewall stops the connection to the server for broadcasting. 
4. We recommend you also delete all Temporary Internet Files menu Tools / Internet Options in your Internet Explorer. 



How to watch "TVArt" full screen? 

Click twice on the screen or press the right mouse button on the screen and select Full Screen. To return to the standard screen size - double-click it or press Esc on the keyboard. 

How to watch "TVArt" in Operating System other than Windows? 

* - To be able to watch TVArt under OS other than Windows, it is necessary to use player, understanding the streaming protocol. Such can be downloaded from here or here. 
* - A plugin for FireFox, like the Microsoft plugin can be downloaded from here.

*- ТВ Арт може да се гледа на вашия мобилен телефон или таблет, ако сте в зона с 3G покритие или с WI-FI мрежа . Операционната сиситема е Windows Mobile.

 

*- Като ползвате Media Player активирайте досъпа до интернет и въведете в приложението Media Player следният адрес: mms://94.73.63.157/tvart

 

*- ТВ Арт може да се приема на мобилни телефони и таблети с други операционни системи, различни от Windows Mobile, но трябва да инсталирате допълнителен пакет от програми. 

* - За да гледате "TVArt" Вие трябва да разполагате с операционна система Windows XP или по-висока версия и Windows Media Player. Препоръчваме Ви да използвате Windows Media Player - версия 10 или по-нова, която можете да изтеглите от тук.
* - Internet Explorer версия 7.0 или по-нова можете да изтеглите от тук. 
* - Пакет кодеци за Windows Media Player можете да изтеглите от тук.

 

* Ако използвате браузър Mozilla Firefox и не разполагате с последната версия на Windows Media Player възможно е вашият браузър да започне изтегляне на плъгина необходим за гледане на  "TVArt".

* Ако използвате браузър Mozilla Firefox и имате проблеми с картината или звука може да изтеглите последната версия на Windows Media Player плъгина за Mozilla Firefox от тук.

* Възможно е преди да стартира картината, Вашият Media Player да започне да тегли допълнително кодеци, които са необходими, за да гледате "TVArt" безпроблемно. 

Ако не успеете да стартирате видеото в сайта Ви препоръчваме следното (ако използвате Windows Media Player): 

* - кликнете С ДЕСЕН БУТОН върху карето, в което трябва да се зареди видеото; 
* - от менюто изберете Properties и копирайте изписаният в графата Location адрес; 
* - стартирайте Windows Media Player и натиснете клавишите Ctrl и U на клавиатурата едновременно; 
* - пренесете копирания текст в полето "Open" и натиснете бутона ОК 



Защо не успявам да заредя "TVArt"? 

* - След като инсталирате последната версия на плеъра е препоръчително да извършите няколко допълнителни настройки и ьпгрейди. 
1. Стартирайте плеъра и от менюто "Help" изберете "Check for Player Updates". ( Help --> Check for Player Updates; ). 
2. Проверете опцията "Detect connection speed(recommended)" от менюто "Tools --> Options --> Performance" дали е избрана, ако не е - изберете я. ( "Tools - Options - Performance" --> Detect connection speed(recommended) ) 
3. Проверете дали firewall спира връзката Ви към сървъра за излъчване. 
4. Препоръчваме Ви също да изтриете всички Temporary Internet Files от меню Tools / Internet Options на Вашия Internet Explorer. 



Как да гледам "TVArt" на цял екран?

Кликнете два пъти върху екрана или натиснете с десния бутон на мишката върху екрана и маркирайте Full Screen* (*Само за Media Player) . За да се върнете към стандартния размер на екрана – кликнете два пъти върху него или натиснете бутона Esc от клавиатурата.

 

Как да гледам "TVArt" под Операционна Система различна от Windows?

 

* - За да може да се гледа "TVArt" под ОС различна от Windows, е  необходимо да се използва плеър, разбиращ протокола на стрийминга. Такъв можете да свалите от тук или от тук.
